About Tarevi

What is Tarevi?

Tarevi helps freelancers, web designers, and small agencies create structured handover packages for finished web projects. A handover can collect files, links, notes, dates, responsibilities, and confirmation in one client-ready place.

Who is Tarevi built for?

Tarevi is built for people who deliver web projects and want the final step to be clearer: solo developers, web designers, SEO consultants, WordPress specialists, and small agencies.

When should I use Tarevi?

Use Tarevi when a website, landing page, SEO task, migration, maintenance job, or client project is ready to be handed over. It is especially useful when final details would otherwise be spread across emails, chat messages, folders, and separate links.

How is Tarevi different from my normal project workflow?

Tarevi focuses on the final handover step. It helps you package the finished delivery so the client can review what was delivered, find important resources, and confirm the handover.

Client handovers

What can a handover package contain?

A handover package can include a project overview, final notes, files, links, dates, responsibilities, access references, SEO or launch notes, PDF export, reusable templates, and a client confirmation step.

Do clients need a Tarevi account?

Clients can review a shared handover link without creating a full Tarevi account. The goal is to give them one clear place to review the final delivery.

Can I include files, links, and dates?

Yes. Tarevi supports structured handover items such as text notes, links, uploaded files, and date-based information. That makes it easier to keep launch dates, review deadlines, resource links, and final files together.

Can the client confirm the handover?

Yes. Tarevi includes a confirmation step so the client can confirm that the handover was reviewed. This gives both sides a clearer accepted state for the final delivery.

Should I include passwords or sensitive credentials?

Tarevi can help document where important accounts and resources live, but sensitive passwords should be shared through an agreed secure handoff process. A handover can reference account locations and ownership notes without exposing private credentials.

Can I reuse a handover structure?

Yes. Reusable templates help you start common handover types faster, such as website handovers, SEO handovers, landing page handovers, and WordPress handovers.

Plans and account

Can I start for free?

Yes. The Free plan lets you try Tarevi with real handovers and test the client-facing workflow before choosing a larger plan.

Which plan should I choose?

Start with Free if you want to try the workflow. Solo is designed for regular handover work by freelancers and solo operators. Team is designed for small teams that need more room and shared delivery workflows.

Can I choose a plan during sign-up?

Yes. When you choose a plan from the pricing page, Tarevi carries that selection into the sign-up flow so your account can start with the selected plan.

Where do I sign in or create an account?

Create a new account at /sign-up. Existing users can sign in at /sign-in.
